Hi Colin! It’s difficult for me to understand why you are having trouble logging in but I know it happens. Sometimes it seems like there is a delay when passwords are changed or as payments tick over to a new month. Hopefully it will resolve itself within a day…

I’ve bought a subscription and had no problems logging in and today no matter how hard I try. I can’t log in despite having paid for my subscription!!

I’m roping in a professional to help me iron out the creases because you’re not the only one who has trouble. My apologies. I really thought it was set up and working when I went live but there seems to be a glitch when subscription s tick over to the next month…
